Almost a holiday weekend already but it sure doesn’t feel like it. I think it’s because the weather has been so nasty. Kinda saps the joy right of you. And they’re predicting rain every day over the weekend.
I wonder if I was helpful to my parents when I was a child. I know I thought (and still do) that I worked my ass off all the time, but I wonder if they considered me helpful. I’ll never know now unless we meet again in the wild blue yonder. As you get older, you see that some of the things you blamed them for were really out of their control at the time. Ah well, the world takes another turn and life goes on.

Sorry to hear the weather is not good there, ours is hot and when it's hot here it's humid! You are on a roll with your blog keep it up really enjoy seeing what you have to say.
